Who We Are

Insource evolved from 12 years recruiting lawyers for firms like Herbert Smith Freehills, Meredith Connell, Simpson Grierson, Ashurst and Buddle Findlay. It was created to give HR teams and hiring partners the choice to bring the recruitment process in-house, for a fraction of the cost, using a fraction of the time while choosing from the largest possible selection of lawyers in New Zealand and Australia.
In its first 12 months 18 of the largest 20 New Zealand law firms and 15 of the top 50 firms in Australia, with offices across all states, took up a monthly subscription to Insource.
